I had my solar system installed over 3 years ago by Rob. We have saved so much money off our electricity bills. He was very professional and talked me through the installation process. I have called Rob a few times in the years regarding my solar system and he answered all my questions and put the solar system right every time due to updates with the free monitoring software App, Rob is a very reliable person, polite and respectful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with RS Now Solutions, specifically with their installer Rob, for multiple upgrades to my home’s solar system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rob first assisted with the installation, setup, and monitoring of additional batteries to my existing solar system. His expertise and attention to detail ensured everything integrated seamlessly, and the system has been performing flawlessly since.

Impressed by his work, I asked Rob to return to address substandard wiring left by a previous solar company. He not only corrected the issues efficiently but also installed a myenergi Eddi and Zappi car charger. The setup looks clean and professional. Rob’s tidy workmanship and friendly demeanour made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

Having decided on investing in a home battery storage solution, I contacted Rob to see what he could offer. Although Rob was over 200 miles from us, within a couple of weeks they were on site and the majority of the system was installed in a couple of days. The system I was after utilises 72kWh of battery storage and incorporates 5 14.4kWh batteries. Rob had 2 of these in stock and got the system up and running with these while we waited for the last 3 batteries to be shipped. As soon as the last 3 batteries arrived, Rob was on site again and the full system was commissioned and running in no time.
